Terms & Conditions – jitaber Platform Rules and User Obligations
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jitaber platform. By accessing or using any part of jitaber, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the provisions set out in this document. Please read this agreement carefully before placing any bets or playing any games.

Age Verification
All players must be 18 years of age or older. jitaber reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory identity confirmation.
BDT Payments
All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank accounts. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
Fair Play Obligation
Players are required to use the platform in good faith. Any attempt to exploit system errors, use automated betting software, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jitaber account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent a suspension — will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending funds.
Bonus Terms Apply
All promotions, bonuses, and free bets are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility criteria. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover conditions have been fully met. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in their removal.
Terms May Be Updated
jitaber reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jitaber ("jitaber", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the jitaber website at jitaber.net — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any related functionality — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jitaber platform. Access to jitaber services constitutes acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether you have explicitly clicked an "I Agree" checkbox during registration. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users who interact with any part of the jitaber website.
These Terms are to be read in conjunction with jitaber's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Where any inconsistency exists between these documents, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All services provided through jitaber are intended solely for personal, recreational use by eligible individuals. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or use of the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from jitaber management.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to jitaber is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jitaber does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, access betting or casino services, or place wagers of any kind.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by jitaber or any other gambling platform.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it pertains to you personally.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously had a jitaber account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
jitaber takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Upon registration, players are required to confirm their date of birth. jitaber reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point — including a national identity card, birth certificate, or passport — and to suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided within a reasonable period.
Any player who provides false information regarding their age or identity during registration or at any subsequent point will have their account permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance held forfeited. jitaber further reserves the right to report such instances to relevant authorities where required.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of jitaber services, players must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active jitaber account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where jitaber identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited. Players suspected of operating duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing prior suspensions will be subject to permanent platform bans.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitaber login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jitaber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaber support immediately at [email protected].
jitaber employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account also depends on your own practices — including using a strong, unique password, not accessing jitaber from shared or public devices, and logging out after each session.
Account Verification (KYC)
jitaber operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit supporting identity documents before a withdrawal request is approved or when their account activity triggers a review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details) may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on the jitaber platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jitaber does not accept foreign currency deposits, nor does it perform currency conversions. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name — third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Accepted Payment Methods
jitaber currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time and is subject to change without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is active and in good standing at the time of any transaction.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's jitaber wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 3 business hours depending on processing times at the relevant financial institution. jitaber does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitaber accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification status. Players whose KYC verification is complete and whose account is in good standing may submit withdrawal requests at any time. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. jitaber reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
Minimum and Maximum Limits
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set periodically and published within the jitaber platform. Players are required to comply with the stated limits at all times. Transactions below the minimum threshold will not be processed. jitaber reserves the right to modify deposit and withdrawal limits without advance notice.
Section 5
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed through the jitaber sports betting section and all wagers made in the jitaber casino are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall apply to that product unless they are silent on a matter covered by these Terms.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered accepted and binding only when jitaber's systems have confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. jitaber reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: technical errors in odds display, manifest pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, or events where the outcome has already been determined at the time of bet placement.
Cricket and Sports Betting
Live in-play betting on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches — is offered on a best-efforts basis. jitaber does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets. In-play odds are generated algorithmically and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during a match at jitaber's discretion. All match results are determined using official sources; in the event of a dispute, jitaber's decision on the result is final.
Casino and Slot Games
All casino games available on jitaber, including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games, are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. jitaber does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display on your device and the outcome recorded on jitaber's servers, the server-side record shall be treated as authoritative.
Void Bets and Cancellations
jitaber reserves the right to declare any bet void and return the original stake where it determines that a bet was placed under manifestly erroneous conditions, including technical faults, incorrect odds caused by data feed errors, or where an event has been abandoned or significantly altered from its originally scheduled format. Void bets are returned to the player's wallet as cash with no wagering requirement attached.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
jitaber offers promotions, welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be turned over in eligible bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
- jitaber reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account.
- Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Systematic bonus exploitation — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value — is prohibited.
- jitaber reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred.
Promotional Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, all jitaber promotions are available exclusively to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. Promotions are not transferable between accounts. Players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are subject to deposit limits may have their eligibility for certain promotions restricted. jitaber may, at its sole discretion, exclude any player from a specific promotion for any reason.
Section 7
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the jitaber platform, you agree to use it lawfully, fairly, and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Registering or operating more than one jitaber account, regardless of the method used to circumvent detection.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jitaber platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the interface, or bypassing security measures.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known technical error are not payable and will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
- Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer tables, to gain a statistical or strategic advantage over other participants or over the house.
- Engaging in any activity that jitaber reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening jitaber staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the jitaber platform, its content, or its data feeds.
jitaber monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account where unusual patterns are detected. During an investigation, jitaber may temporarily suspend access to an account and freeze any pending transactions. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide documentation as requested.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
jitaber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or at the request of the account holder.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their jitaber account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before account closure is processed, any outstanding balance in the player's wallet (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Accounts subject to open disputes or active investigations cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.
Self-Exclusion
Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, betting and casino access is suspended, and promotional communications are ceased. Closure for Breach
Where jitaber closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, use of multiple accounts, or systematic bonus abuse — jitaber reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, void any open bets, and cancel any pending bonus claims. Where funds have been obtained through fraudulent means, jitaber will pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or transactional activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jitaber will attempt to notify the player using their registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account handling procedures, including any applicable administration fees, will be communicated to the player in advance.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaber's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jitaber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jitaber platform.
jitaber does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions (including payment gateway failures and game provider connectivity issues) may affect platform availability. jitaber will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of unavailability.
jitaber is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party game providers whose products are hosted on the platform. Game outcomes are governed by the rules and technical systems of the respective provider. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with jitaber support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in jitaber services entirely at your own risk. jitaber accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by players in the ordinary course of their use of the platform.
Section 10
Amendments to These Terms
jitaber reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material in nature, jitaber will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the jitaber platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated and are effective as of 1 January 2026. Prior versions of these Terms are archived and available upon written request to [email protected].
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jitaber with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
